We are currently seeking an exceptional International Digital Manager to spearhead our digital initiatives. This pivotal role, open to candidates in India or the Philippines, is central to our mission of creating a seamless, direct connection between educational institutions and their future students.

Our Vision and Your Role

As a lynchpin in our global strategy, the International Digital Manager will work closely with our CEO and collaborate with our In-Country Representatives worldwide. Your mandate is to lead a digital-first recruitment approach, crafting strategies that resonate with our ethos of empowerment and enlightenment for both institutions and students. You will be instrumental in orchestrating digital campaigns, content creation, and engagement initiatives across diverse social media platforms, ensuring our message reaches the right audience with impact and precision.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a robust regional digital marketing strategy, focusing on digital channels to attract prospects to full-time post-secondary and language programs.
  • Partner with International Education Advisors for country-specific digital campaigns, including online events, webinars, and targeted advertising.
  • Generate compelling digital content that embodies the Student Direct brand ethos, utilizing platforms like Facebook Business Manager, WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Twitter, and Google Ads.
  • Set and monitor benchmarks for social media, analyze campaign data, and refine strategies for maximum impact.
  • Explore and recommend innovative digital tools and platforms to elevate Student Direct’s international presence.
  • Oversee the creation and optimization of landing pages, including A/B testing, lead management, and analytics.
  • Develop and manage sophisticated email marketing strategies, focusing on engagement and conversion optimization.

Education & Experience

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a certification in digital or social media marketing.
  • Proven experience in multicultural business environments, preferably in education or related sectors.
  • Familiarity with international data privacy laws.
  • An understanding of the Canadian education landscape is highly desirable.

Skills

  • Mastery of digital marketing tools (e.g., Facebook Business Manager, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, Salesforce/CRM, YouTube, Mailchimp, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities to connect with diverse student and staff groups.
  • Self-driven, with the ability to thrive independently.
  • Agility and adaptability in a dynamic work setting.
  • Multilingual capabilities are a significant plus.
